The City provides electrical service to business locations within the City limits. To establish service or to ask questions related to billing, call the Utility Billing Department at 630-454-2020. Additional information is available on the website regarding establishing service and rates.
For outages or service issues, call the Electric Department at 630-454-2350. Outside of normal business hours, you may also report an outage to the Police Department non-emergency phone by calling 630-454-2500.
Water & Sewer
The City provides fresh water service and sewer/wastewater service to all City locations. To establish service or to ask questions related to billing, call the Utility Billing Department at 630-454-2020. Additional rate information is available on the Utility Rates page.
To report a water main break, sewer backup, fire hydrant leak, or for other service issues, call the Water Department at 630-454-2450. Outside of normal business hours, you may also report a water main break or fire hydrant issue to the Police Department non-emergency phone by calling 630-454-2500.
