Official Statements of Debt

When the City issues debt, a rating on the bonds is done and an Official Statement is prepared for the bondholders. These statements provide useful information on the City of Batavia. The City has several low interest loans through the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. These loans can be for water or sewer projects.
