Hearing Notice for August 2, 2023 for 1535 South Batavia Avenue (Moose Lodge) - PINs 12-27-302-014 & 12-28-426-024. Rezoning of property to be annexed to the City of Batavia from the default zoning district of R0, Single Family Residence District (Presently F Farming and B4 Commercial in Kane County) to the PFI, Public Facilities and Institutional District. The rezoning is initiated as a result of an annexation agreement between the Moose Lodge and the City of Batavia. No new development is proposed with this action.
